It seems to me that since all three drivers are provided by Intel, and the two versions that Windows seems to want to use are both broke, the problem seems to be on your end and I'm still left wondering what you are going to do to fix it. Your suggestion to contact Microsoft Support was no help whatsoever.

How to rotate the screen on a Windows 11 PC

From system settings to creating new users and upgrading Windows, everything can be done from the System Settings panel. Windows 11 has a central location for most of your settings. If Windows cannot rotate your screen, you can use the options available on your system’s graphics card. However, the built-in Windows option should work on all PCs. If you have an Intel, NVIDIA, or AMD graphics card, options to rotate your PC’s screen may also be available through this software. There are also hotkeys that can rotate the screen, and if one of these hotkeys is accidentally pressed, users are confused when their screen is suddenly in landscape mode when it should be in portrait mode. On some tablets and mobile devices, this adjustment is automatic and the screen orientation changes when the device is rotated. You can easily change your screen orientation to landscape, portrait, landscape (flip) or portrait (flip).

Windows 11 supports a different screen orientation. If you have a rotating screen, Windows can also automatically adjust the screen to the correct orientation. Check How to Rotate Screen on a Windows 11 PCīy default, Windows can rotate your screen without additional software.
